Unable to Connect

iPhone / iPad

You must use Safari. Due to current restrictions by Apple, 3rd party browsers can't access your microphone.

Please ensure that Safari has access to your microphone:

  • Open your iPhone / iPad settings app
  • Tap on Safari
  • Tap on Microphone
  • Ensure that this is set to Ask or Allow
  • If this setting is already set to Ask or Allow:
    • Go back to Safari
    • Tap the font icon beside the address bar
    • Tab Website Settings
    • Tap Microphone
    • Ensure that this is set to Ask or Allow

Android

Please ensure that Chrome has access to your microphone:

  • Open your settings app
  • Tap on Apps
  • Tap on Chrome
  • Tap on Permissions
  • Ensure that Microphone is enabled
  • If this setting is already enabled:
    • Go back to Chrome
    • Tap the icon in the address bar (a lock or triangle)
    • Tab Site Settings
    • Tap Access Your Microphone
    • Ensure that this is set to Allow

Most desktop browsers allow you to toggle microphone access with an icon beside the address bar.
